Our knives are hand-forged by our professional blacksmiths which have over 30+ years experience. Only the highest materials are selected when hand-crafting our knives. Multiple detailed hand inspections are carried out to ensure that it surpasses our exceptionally high standards before leaving our factory.

Hand wash your knives after each use, then dab dry. Never machine wash our knives. We recommend Slightly oiling our knives often (cooking oil is fine).

We pride our self on the sharpness of our knives, this is why we use the highest grade materials to ensure our blades stay sharp for as long as possible. If cared for correctly our knives will last a lifetime. Occasional sharpening/horning is recommend to keep the out of box sharpness.

Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled

If you want to adjust or cancel your order please contact a member of support as soon as possible.

Please note if 12 hours have passed since placing your order we cannot guarantee adjustments as we start processing orders immediately.

We aim to shipping all orders together, depending on the items we may have to spit your order due to weight restrictions set by our shipping providers.

Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled. If you want to change anything in your order including the address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

US orders will not have to pay any import fees.

If you are placing your order internationally Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Razar cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

We stand by our 30 day refund policy and are happy to refund your goods on the criteria below:

Our Returns policy lasts 30 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

The Razar returns form must be filled out within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

The cost of the return delivery shall be covered by the customer unless confirmed by us.

You must enter the email address you used when ordering when filling out the returns form. Once your return form has been reviewed by a member of staff, you will be given a RRN NUMBER - (Razar return number). A link to the returns form is listed below.

Tracking and shipping

Please allow up to 3 working days for tracking to be attached to your order. Once tracking is available your tracking code will be attached to your order which you will then receive an email conformation. You can either use our onsite tracking or go directly to the shipping providers website.
